Cancellation and Return Policy

This policy applies to paid educational service sessions and programme packages.

Cooling-off period

Where applicable under UK consumer law for distance contracts, clients may have a 14-day cooling-off right unless services begin at the client's express request.

Cancellation before service start

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the first booked session are generally eligible for full return.

After service commencement

Where services have started, any return is assessed proportionally according to sessions already delivered.

Processing timescale

Validated requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
